Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the item you received, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at our support email with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


Damages And Issues

We take great care in packing and shipping your orders, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to fix it quickly. Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you notice any damage or an issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem.
We’ll assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or full refund. Our goal is to make things right and ensure your satisfaction.


Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email with your order number, item name, and a description of the issue. Once the exchange is approved, we’ll provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for items due to size, color, or preference, unless the product description was misleading. In such cases, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please keep in mind that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and in some cases, a restocking fee may apply. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us for support.
